What is it? A shorter version of the B90Y True Fix. This class does just one set of each posture and breathing exercise.
BeneFITs: Done in just 50 minutes! While there’s less time in the heat and only one set of each posture, the floor series moves more quickly with fewer Savasanas making this a challenging yet rewarding class.
Level of Difficulty: Beginning Yoga. All the postures require just normal range of motion and all students do the same postures to the best of their ability, whatever that is. Follow the instructions and do your best and you’ll get 100% of the beneFITs.

What is it? This 90 minute class is Led Quarter Primary Ashtanga.
BeneFIT’s: Be introduced to Ashtanga Yoga via the modified primary series syncing up a continuous and structured series of postures with conscious use of the breath. This predefined sequence is designed to follow the eight-limbed path towards achieving the state of Yoga, a.k.a. Samadhi, complete control of the mind, body and breath.
