Daily Dose of Inspiration

Like so much in life, my friend, we underestimate the importance of our health until we lose it. Then with constant messages of pain and suffering we realize how difficult it is to be clear minded and focused. No one can be at their best without health.

Now just because something is lost doesn’t mean it can’t be recovered. But in this effort our biggest mistake is in believing that a physical issue is simply a physical issue, or a mental issue is simply a mental issue. Our bodies and minds are intricately connected. Proper hydration, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, positive mindset, work, play, and sleep all factor in together to create balance in both our body and mind.

But with that said, my friend, nothing, I’ll say it again, nothing, allows for health more effectively than resonating with the energy of, the emotional state of, love and appreciation. Find it first thing every morning and allow the alignment that creates a healthy body, mind, and life.
