It doesn’t have to be an overwhelming feeling, just a negative feeling, to know your thinking is off course. And with this awareness you can begin transforming your life.

But first, take a deep breath and let it out slowly. Let your breath take you back to the basics of life.

Breathe in, breathe out… breathe in, breathe out…

The only thing you ever have to do is breathe. All the rest, the story of all that’s not right, just let it go. If it doesn’t feel good, it isn’t. Just drop it.
