You can always tell if your mind is working for you or against you by your emotions. Helpful thoughts will make you feel good, or better, while harmful thoughts will make you feel bad or worse. It’s pretty simple really.
So, how do you feel, my friend? If you don’t like how you are or have been feeling, it just takes some tweaking of your thoughts, finding a new perspective from which to view your situation, and you can turn your thoughts and emotions around. Don’t you think it’s worth trying?
Well, I sure hope you do. Good things happen when you feel good. And, of course, the reverse is true too.
