You’re in charge, my friend. You’re in the driver’s seat. Your thoughts and your beliefs are directing your life. Not just by means of your actions but also by attracting to you the things and events that you’re experiencing. Did you know that?
It can’t be any other way. Every thought you think creates a vibration that emanates from you and within you. Your emotions are your body’s interpretation of that vibration so, when you’re conscious of this, they can serve as an early warning system about what you are generating and sending out. By paying attention to your emotions and shifting your thoughts when you don’t like what you’re feeling you can avoid more bad and instead attract more good.
