COVID-19 PROCEDURES IN-STUDIO:
  1. 23 Students only per class. You must sign in for class before you arrive. Cancel as soon as you know you won’t be attending.
  2. Face masks are not required. Feel free to wear one or not as you choose.
  3. Everyone practicing in the studio will have to read and sign the New Responsibility Pledge and Release of Liability form prior to arriving for class. It will be provided when you sign in via PocketSuite.
  4. We now do both breathing exercises (and the sit-ups) with the mouth closed for both the inhale and the exhale.

Our PocketSuite app makes it very easy for you to sign in for class, sign the waiver, make payments, buy a package, see your history, and communicate directly with us via text (512-572-3989).

Class sizes limited to 23 students. Keep others in mind when you reserve your space in class.

TO CANCEL: Click on the confirmation text you received when you booked the class (the text will show the date of the class) and cancel from there. For help send a text to 512-572-3989. If we run into trouble with no-show students we will reinstate the $20 late cancellation fee. We want to ensure that everyone who wants to do class is able to.

What is it? A shorter version of the B90Y True Fix. This class does just one set of each posture and breathing exercise.

BeneFITs: Done in just 50 minutes! While there’s less time in the heat and only one set of each posture, the floor series moves more quickly with fewer Savasanas making this a challenging yet rewarding class.

What is it? This soothing 70 minute yoga class done to gentle music is focused on working deep into the connective tissue to de-stress your body and mind and increase your flexibility.

A90Y Ashtanga Fix

What is it? This 90 minute class is Led Quarter Primary Ashtanga.

BeneFIT’s: Be introduced to Ashtanga Yoga via the modified primary series syncing up a continuous and structured series of postures with conscious use of the breath. This predefined sequence is designed to follow the eight-limbed path towards achieving the state of Yoga, a.k.a. Samadhi, complete control of the mind, body and breath.

Level of Difficulty: Though challenging, this class is an introduction to Ashtanga for beginners.
