Beyond any doubt, my friend, you must know this — trust that this is true.
Honor your sorrows and know that they have come to serve your highest good. But, whatever you do, don’t dwell on them. The sooner you can shift your attention beyond your sorrows to what you want in their stead, the quicker the transition will be.
