Forgiveness is the most powerful step you can take on your path to wholeness, to loving yourself, to true happiness.
Whenever you’re angry, resentful, sad, depressed, etc., you are not in alignment with Spirit, your Higher Self. Take it as a message that you need to move back into alignment with your source, step back into your power. Forgiveness releases the negativity that creates the separation.
