I’ve been teaching yoga since 2003 in many cities throughout the U.S. and in other countries. I started with Bikram Yoga (certified to teach by Bikram Choudhury in 2003) and the study of the 84 posture sequence of his guru Bishnu Ghosh. These practices were my entry into the yoga lifestyle and the foundation upon which I continue to evolve. Through the years I’ve been called to learn, practice, and teach other styles and forms of yoga including breath work and meditation. What I find works and feels the best is teaching and practicing by feeling into the moment. I call this style Intuitive Hatha. I currently teach primarily at Miraval Resort, however am so grateful to still be connected to the BeneFIT community!
My life is infused with yoga, meditation, prayer and other sweet, sacred rituals. It is these enlightening practices that I wish to share with others so they, too, may have the tools to always remember the divine essence of who they really are.
