Have you discovered the connection between the thoughts you think and the way you feel? If not, it’s definitely worth exploring. Your life is a reflection of your overarching pattern of thoughts and the underlying beliefs. With awareness and diligence you’ll be able to reroute your ship.
Now, be patient with yourself, my friend. You didn’t get to where you are overnight nor will you get where you want to be overnight. Don’t expect to be able to master your thoughts immediately. Just take one step at a time, baby steps even, and remember that practice makes perfect.
