Uncomfortable feelings come in all different shapes and sizes. It might be fear, apprehension, anger, blame, guilt, edginess, queasiness, anything really. You know what doesn’t feel good.
Now, before you go blaming someone or something else for your emotional state, or before you let yourself fall victim to whatever you’re feeling, start examining your thoughts. You do realize that it’s your thoughts and beliefs that create the way you feel, right?
Well, check it out. Change your thoughts — change your beliefs — and you’ll change how you feel. With practice at this, my friend, you’ll realize that there’s really no valid reason for you not to feel good.
