To change how we feel we have to discover the connection between our thoughts and emotions. Dis-ease is caused by negative mental and emotional states. And when you realize that the culprit is your thoughts, then you can turn your thinking around and shift into a healing vibration.
Spirit — your Higher Self — is the epitome of loving kindness and compassion. It is 100% positive vibration. So when you are feeling stressed or unhappy, you can be assured that you are out of alignment with Spirit — your Higher Self doesn’t see things the same way you do.
