Have you ever noticed how your immediate reactions are often completely unconscious? They come from the gut, happen automatically, and, unfortunately, are most often regrettable?
Well, my friend, deliberate actions require being present in the moment; they require conscious awareness. So… take a breath!
Catch yourself in the moment and breathe. Take however many slow and deep breaths you need to take to calm down enough to connect with You. And then act.
And remember that things are rarely as we first perceive them. Let yourself be open to all possibilities.
