Isn’t it nice the way Bikram Yoga is always the same every time? The teacher doesn’t throw new postures at you and expect you to figure them out in only one go. Instead, it’s the same sequence of postures every time. With a regular practice and the repetition within the practice, you get to see and feel the improvement in the postures and your body.
In time you’ll see it as the perfect training ground for life. That hot box you practice in is like a microcosm to the macrocosm of life. It’s helping you develop faith, concentration, determination, discipline, and patience. In many ways, my friend, it makes dealing with the rest of life so much easier.
