“You’ve done it before and you can do it now. See the positive possibilities. Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination.”
~ Ralph Marston
We all hit frustration at times, my friend. But how we choose to deal with it is what varies. We might throw up our arms and give up, we might do nothing beyond seethe with anger, or we might be motivated to create change.
But before you do anything, take note of your gut reaction. Is it coming from a past habitual thought or behavioral trait, or is it coming from a calm, centered state of mind? Most always it’s our immediate reactions that we later regret.
Take the time to reflect first, my friend, and then take conscious, deliberate action next. Things aren’t always as they initially seem.
