“The art of living is the art of forgiving. Forgiveness is, in fact, experiencing in imagination the revised version of the day, experiencing in imagination what you wish you had experienced in the flesh. Every time one really forgives — that is, every time one relives the event as it should have been lived — one is born again.”
~ Neville Goddard, Awakened Imagination & the Search
Today is the day between Good Friday and Easter. It is the time between the crucifixion and the resurrection, a time for deep reflection, forgiveness and healing.
We are in the darkness of the tomb, my friend. Now is the time to evaluate what in your life needs to die off so you can be born again in your greatest light. What must you give up for the new to replace. What must you forgive?
Deep down inside you know what you want. You know who you want to BE and what you would love your life to be like.
When you consider the vision of you living a life that you’d love living, you’ll notice that there are aspects of your life today that you will have to let go of completely in order for your new life to happen. What might those be? Look for any:
– Resentments,
– Sense of betrayal,
– Grudges,
– Hurts,
– Negative judgments about yourself or others,
– Sense that you are unworthy, unimportant or not innocent.
Remember, my friend, everyone, including yourself, is simply doing the best they can from where they are with what they have in any given moment. Find compassion and forgive it all. Set yourself free to be your best self.
