“For us to become whole and healthy, we must balance the body, mind, and spirit. We need to take good care of our bodies. We need to have a positive mental attitude about ourselves and about life. And we need to have a strong spiritual connection. When these three things are balanced, we rejoice in living. No doctor or health practitioner can give us this unless we choose to take part in our healing process.”
~ Louise Hay
Are you committed to living a quality life? One with a healthy body? Well, my friend, if you are, I trust you know it requires some effort.
You can’t just go about your day to day activities without thinking about what you’re doing and why and expect everything to be perfect. Just as there are consequences to our actions, there are also consequences to our thoughts. And where most of us run into trouble is when we hand over our power to the “experts” and expect them to solve our problems for us.
You have to acknowledge that it’s been you — your thoughts, behaviors, and actions — up until this point that have gotten you where you are. If you want to change your current conditions, then your thoughts, behaviors, and actions will have to change first.
You’ve had the power all along, my friend, now use it consciously.
