Have you noticed that most people don’t like change? It’s threatening to them. And to some it’s almost as if they feel insulted by it. Rather than being curious, they become defensive (as if thinking, “aren’t I good enough?”) and then go on the offensive.
Well, my friend, should you ever find yourself such a leader being attacked, don’t take it personally. Take it as a compliment instead and get to work perfecting your product and delivery.
Either they’ll come around in time or they’ll miss out. And that would be their loss.
