“There is nothing that wastes the body like worry, and anyone who has any faith in God should be ashamed to worry about anything whatsoever.”
~ Mahatma Gandhi
How often do you worry? Ever notice how you feel when you’re worrying? Silly question, of course, but it’d be worth your while to take heed; worry can put us on the fast track in a downward spiral to some very unpleasant territory.
Keep in mind, my friend, God (the Universal Life Force) is listening to you all the time, tuning in all the time, not just when you’re consciously on your knees in prayer. He is responding to every vibration you are emitting, every thought you’re thinking. He’s neutral. He’s not judging or determining whether something is good or bad or whether you want it or not. He’s going to give you what you focus on the most. So, for heaven’s sake, don’t have it be something you don’t want!
And, don’t forget to be grateful, my friend. After all, Life is truly an incredible gift, especially when you learn how to work with Its laws.
