We’ll set up residence at “La Confiance”, Maison de Charme, and enjoy farm to table French meals prepared in house by our host and chef, Aline Hanle, and voyage out from there to explore castles, gardens, pilgrimage sites and more by car, on foot, horseback and even by boat!

Aline Hanle is a soul strategist, a spiritual guide and a mindfulness teacher. The multi-faceted Aline is a trained chef and the creator of the Cosmic Compass Game Board. Aline’s home,

Our excursions will take us to remote sites where we’ll see rock formations and ancient cave paintings, on an underground river deep into the heart of the earth, to a site on the pilgrimage path to Santiago de Campostela, to historically rich villages, cathedrals, a Buddhist monestary and other important spiritual sites, all amidst the beauty of La Dordogne, the heart of France.

I welcome you to join me on this journey to the Dordogne Valley, the heart of France, and deep into your own heart to commune with your deepest essence. You’ll always feel uneasy and incomplete until such time as you learn to listen to and honor your Spirit’s calling you to more.

When I was 18 and an exchange student in New South Wales, Australia I was introduced to astrology and Findhorn by the mother of the family I wound up living with. She was living in the mountains in a small, unique, self-sufficient cottage with a large garden. There was no electricity but they did use a gasoline powered pump to bring water from the pond to the kitchen sink. This was my first experience living a simple life at one with nature. Without it being deliberate, she planted seeds that have blossomed over the years in my life. Ever since that first exposure I’ve immersed myself in books on personal growth and spirituality and had a strong intellectual understanding of the power of our mind, thoughts and beliefs. But it wasn’t until the late 1990′s while studying at the Berkeley Psychic Institute that I realized the extent to which my father’s atheist belief structure had been controlling my life. What an incredible revelation that was! I opened to the magic of the Universe and began my journey into yoga (teaching since 2001), the Avatar materials (becoming an Avatar Master/Wizard), and studies with healers and coaches. I’ve gone on to master Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT or Tapping) and am certified by Mary Morrissey’s Life Mastery Institute as a DreamBuilder® coach and Life Mastery Consultant®.

Having studied with and been coached by the best, I can’t help but to bring all I’ve learned to my work with clients. You’ll be exposed to touches of all of it on this retreat. We’ll do explorative exercises each day and use whichever tools will be most efficient in the moment to help you align with your Best Self and the end results you desire.
