I hope you realize that you are creating the environment in your body (acidic vs. alkaline) with the foods you eat, the beverages you drink, and the thoughts you think. And yes, my friend, exercise and sweating also play a role in this formula.
So just how conscious are you of the nutritional value of the foods you consume? Do you read the labels on the packaging? Do the chemicals listed in the ingredients make you wary?
When it comes to the food I eat, my philosophy has always been “return to nature”. We are from this planet and nature has provided for us all that we need to survive for millennia. What did we do and consume before there were chemists and factories and businesses that manufacture man made foods?
When you think of all the fruits and vegetables, my friend, can you not see that nature not only provides us enough to survive but actually to thrive? Let yourself feel gratitude for how amazingly abundant life on this planet is and notice how stress and tension disappear. Ease (not dis-ease) and grace are your natural states.
