“There is a vast difference between deciding to choose one thought over another and choosing to think in ways that limit us. The former is discipline, the latter is a prison.”
~ Kim Huggens
Whether consciously or not, we are choosing our thoughts all day long. Take a look at your life, my friend. The conditions you find yourself in are the result of the predominant thoughts you’ve been thinking. Maybe it’s just been for a few hours or days, but the prison walls our thoughts create can trap us for weeks, months, years, and even decades.
Train yourself to notice what you’re noticing and then be disciplined about the thoughts you think. Whether you’re deciding about your next hour or a new career, ask yourself, “What I would love?” Anything and everything is possible — all it takes is alignment in thoughts and beliefs.
Your thoughts could create heaven or hell. Do yourself a favor, my friend, and focus your thoughts on the outcome you’d love.
