Are you listening to what you’re thinking, my friend? Chances are you’re not. But get this, when you think a thought you create a vibration. When you create a vibration you subject every cell in your body to that vibration.
Your body’s natural state is that of well-being. It knows how to be well and it wants to be well. But just as you can’t escape your surroundings, the cells in your body can’t escape theirs either.
